How to Ski Introduction             There are many people that want to take up skiing, but don’t quite know how.  Most of them can be adults that want to try something new other than snowboarding, while others are kids.  But skiing can be quite the challenge and it takes time to do it.  That is why I’ve decided to make this instruction on where beginners can start.  This is aimed mostly for newcomers to the sport, and will require dedication and time to get it down. Logan Bangerter Lifelong Wellness General Education April 26, 2016 1         1. What did you learn about “lifelong wellness” from taking this course? I learned that our bodies need lots of strength and exercise in order to live a healthier life.  We must always put it to work on something, so that it will get stronger.  If we do nothing, we’ll just get weaker and won’t be able to do anything.  It’s a lifelong process that we must continually apply in our lives. 2.       2. How has learning about and applying “lifelong wellness” concepts impacted your life (home, school, work, etc)?
