      1. What did you learn about “lifelong wellness” from taking this course?
I learned that our bodies need lots of strength and exercise in order to live a healthier life.  We must always put it to work on something, so that it will get stronger.  If we do nothing, we’ll just get weaker and won’t be able to do anything.  It’s a lifelong process that we must continually apply in our lives.
2.      2. How has learning about and applying “lifelong wellness” concepts impacted your life (home, school, work, etc)?
Like I said before, without lifelong wellness, we won’t have the strength to do many things.  To be able to constantly go to places, walk around, and provide for ourselves takes more energy than one would think.  This is especially true as you grow older.  You’ll have a family to care for, and a job you’ll have to work on every weekday.
3.      3. Discuss specific lifelong wellness concepts learned in this course and how you are going to implement them in your life.

I took a bowling class for this lifelong wellness class.  What I learned is more than just how to bowl.  There are times when I get frustrated that I can’t get a strike or a spare or when another misfortune happens to me.  But I just kept trying it.  I used a different strategy, or I mastered on what I wanted to do until I was able to do it.  I didn’t give up, I kept trying until I got it down, which is a lot like life.  Don’t give up, and keep trying until you got it.
